Technical Description

• Conducts all hair services, which include:
  1. Cutting
  2. Styling
  3. Colour and Tint
  4. Make-up Application
  5. Special occasion styling
  6. Manicure (including French lacquer application)
  7. Pedicure (including French lacquer application)
  8. Hair and make-up product sales
  
• Completes appropriate check-in and checkout salon procedures i.e. linen change, product replenishment, tools sanitising, and general cleaning
• Achieves key performance targets i.e. average client spend, product sales, and re-books
• Identifies appropriate services and home care regimes

Technical Prerequisites

• Third or Fourth year Apprenticeship level
