The path to wellness is illuminated with rewards. It takes only four treatments to automatically qualify as a Silver Member in the Loyalty Rewards Program. Four or eight additional treatments during the year elevate you to Gold or Platinum membership status.

As an Imperial Member, your visits add up to valued privileges. Earn two points for every treatment minute you receive and exchange those points for additional luxurious treatments or upgrades from our wide array of beauty and well-being therapies.

Members automatically receive one 30-minute treatment upgrade and Gold and Platinum Members receive gifted spa apparel as well as priority or confirmed booking and valet parking. Platinum Members are granted an annual Complimentary Companion visit applicable towards a Full or Partial-Day Spa Package.
