REGIONAL TRAINER, Europe, Middle East & Africa
Technical Description
- Execute facets of national and spa-specific training programs, including orientation training programs, new product and services training and oversee individual development programs
- Monitor spa key performance indicators and provide learning reinforcement when needed
- Monitor individual performance outcomes in relation to therapeutic treatment procedures, product knowledge, customer service, product sales, reservations, daily therapist administration and re-booking procedures
- Instill solid sales skills in all frontline practitioners
- Conduct spa-specific training workshops and seminars as scheduled and requested by the Regional Director
- Conduct 1-on-1 personal development-training consultations
- Continually monitor frontline practitioners and provide reactive learning development programs as needed
- Execute all global training strategies as directed by the General Regional Director
- Conduct client beauty therapy services where needed
- Attend all Training for Trainers seminars as requested
- Communicate staff development progress reports to Spa Managers for evaluation procedures
- Upkeep Training Personnel Development Records
- Maintain constant awareness of competitive, industry and consumer trends
- Communicate and / or reinforce national company directives when requested
Technical Pre-requisites
- Fully qualified Beauty and/or Certified Massage Therapist with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Minimum of 1 year training experience in a beauty, salon or aesthetic trade school environment
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment, which is supported by a proven track record of achieving goals and targets
- High school degree or equivalent
- Computer skills
Related Requirements
- Multi-lingual: Fluent in English and French or German or Italian. Arabic is also an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
