RESERVATIONS OPERATOR
Technical Description
- Facilitates all telephone communication by answering and routing all calls and receiving messages for staff and guests
- Ensures all calls are answered within the '3-ring' standard
- Coordinates the customer's spa experience by recommending the appropriate services for their needs and requirements
- Allocates the correct appointment times to maximize the schedule and yield
- Inputs staff rosters into the spa software
- Promotes Gift Certificate sales
- Receives corporate and group booking requests
- Conducts booking confirmation and follow-up client communications
- Completes reservation reports and daily administrative tasks
- Maintains awareness of current promotions and activities
- Provides reception desk assistance when requested
Technical Prerequisites
- Previous reservations or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or call center environment
- Previous service and/or product sales experience
- Computer skills with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
